This restaurant was opened by a Chinese female owner and chef, Sun Li, with the hope that people in Otaru can casually enjoy the taste of authentic Chinese cuisine. We mainly do takeout, but you can also eat and drink inside. The dumplings, Chinese steamed buns, and other dim sum items available at the store are all handmade, from the skin to the filling. The ingredients used, such as flour and meat, are produced in Hokkaido. Although there are changes depending on the season, we use only vegetables grown in Hokkaido. There are about 20 types of menu items, ranging from familiar dim sum such as fried dumplings and Chinese steamed buns to dishes that Japanese people are not familiar with, such as fried cold noodles, green onion flower rolls, and tan en.
