We strive for the freshest tuna that changes depending on the season, and we purchase fish directly from markets all over the country, mainly from auction sites in Hokkaido. The store owner personally visits the store and offers only the authentic products that he or she is satisfied with. At our restaurant, instead of the usual white vinegar, we offer the one and only red vinegar sushi and red vinegar gari that you can only enjoy at our restaurant.
