Ryukyu Shinmen Tsudo [Ryudai Kitaguchi Store] Long ago, there was a very busy port town called Tsudo-cho, where many people came and went. Tsudocho, the gateway to the Ryukyus, was an area where many people gathered as a place of communication. In honor of Tsudo-cho, we named it "Tsudo" in hopes that Okinawa's ramen culture would prosper. As the name suggests, all of our employees are working hard to make ramen with heart so that people in Okinawa, Asia, and all over the world can enjoy Ryukyu New Noodles!
