First landing in Okinawa! Ippudo is a tonkotsu ramen restaurant that was founded in Hakata, Fukuoka in 1985 and is constantly evolving. The soup is rich and silky, created using our unique ``mature kasane method'' to create layers of depth in flavor. The ultra-thin noodles have a pleasant chewy texture and a light, crisp texture. Side menus unique to Hakata, such as bite-sized gyoza and mentaiko rice, are also popular. Please try our authentic tonkotsu ramen.
