At our restaurant, we season the beef with our signature sweet and spicy sauce, which we call "momi-dare" (massage sauce). This massage sauce is a cooking method unique to our restaurant that makes the beef shine. Thick-sliced ​​tongue (1,890 yen) is made using only the tongue root, and is freshly sliced ​​after an order is placed. It has a texture that melts in your mouth, and can be enjoyed with a refreshing salt or lemon sauce.
