Opened in Sapporo, Hokkaido in 2006. Homemade noodles made with wheat from Hokkaido, which was not available in Hokkaido, and a soup made without chemical seasonings, which became a hot topic. We are releasing ramen one after another using various techniques that have never been seen before.
