A shop loved by local Okinawans has returned to Ra Haku! ! ``Tsudo'' was born in 2001 as part of the ``New Local Ramen Creation Plan'', a ra-haku project that proposed a new type of ramen to areas that did not have local ramen. In the 15 years since its birth, it has evolved while being nurtured in its hometown of Okinawa, and has been revived at Ra Expo. A light yet rich salt ramen made with Okinawan ingredients.
