    Aperçu is an innovative restaurant based on the concept of an inquisitive encounter. ✨From Hokkaido and Nara, we offer dishes that delve deeply into the bounty of nature, the earth, and people. The restaurant's name, Aperçu, means insight and keen insight. Our cuisine expresses the "invisible essence" that can be seen by escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life and sharpening the five senses. It creates a deep impression, like viewing a work of art in a museum, and creates new value. Each dish, which can be called a "research presentation" that pushes the potential of the ingredients to their limits, will lead you to an experience of unseen emotion.

    This special course embodies the identity of Aperçu. "The cuisine is inspired by encounters with ingredients, people, and nature. It is imbued with the idea that life is wonderful." This course tells a story of encounters that are had by personally visiting all sorts of places, including mountains, seas, rivers, towns, and fields, with each dish telling a different story.

Reservations are required (please make your reservation at least 2 days before the day of your visit). *We have a cancellation limit, so we will contact you if there is a last-minute cancellation.
