Our main fishing grounds are along the coast of Mt. Kinka, and we specialize in natural sea squirts and sea urchins. The manager himself dives into the water to catch and bring up the natural sea squirts, which are of the highest quality in terms of color, taste, and aroma. Our signature product, raw sea urchin, is also caught and brought up by the manager himself, and as no alum is used, you can enjoy the fresh, natural taste of the sea urchin as it is.
