``Jousu'' is an ancient Japanese fermentation technique that ferments koji to make sake, soy sauce, miso, etc. By brewing a variety of ingredients, we want you to enjoy more delicious and new foods. With this in mind, we named it "Komasuya". Using homemade fermented seasonings, we aimed to create authentic yakitori that combines the basics of yakitori and fermentation. Inside the store, we have a U-shaped counter that you can enjoy watching, table seats that are perfect for banquets, and a completely private room for adults that can only be accessed through the private room entrance.
