Enjoy the traditional taste of Yamagata soba, founded in 1896. The famous cold meat soba from Yachi, Kahoku-cho, Yamagata Prefecture is a very popular dish all year round. The owner's wife is from Yachi, and since opening the Omachi store about 40 years ago, we have been serving Sendai as a pioneer in cold meat soba.
