Tatsuyoshi is a restaurant that mainly serves daily lunch specials and handmade soba noodles. A small bowl with plenty of vegetables. The appeal is that there is a wide repertoire of main dishes that you won't get tired of even if you come every day. We use carefully selected meat and fish for the main dishes. Regarding vegetables, we actively use fresh vegetables grown by the local Sugito Agricultural High School and pesticide-free vegetables purchased from farmers we know. We are proud of our locally produced products that are closely connected to local nature.
