The ingredients you will need are 1 bowl of rice, 1 horse mackerel, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of mirin, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, 1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of Japanese-style granulated soup stock, 3 shiso leaves, 2 myoga ginger pieces, 3 tablespoons of green onions, a suitable amount of roasted seaweed, a suitable amount of wasabi, and boiling water to your liking.
First, finely chop the myoga ginger, thinly slice the shiso leaves, finely chop the green onions, and thinly chop the roasted seaweed.
Next, slice the horse mackerel diagonally.
Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of mirin, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, and 1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds in a bowl to make a sauce, then add the horse mackerel and marinate in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Once the horse mackerel has finished marinating, place the rice in a bowl, place the horse mackerel on top, and add the Japanese-style granulated soup stock.
