"Uodon" is a general term for creative rice bowls made with seafood. They are not just seafood bowls topped with sashimi, but are characterized by the fact that they sell many bowls that have been prepared with a little extra effort, such as searing, dressing, and pickling. At our restaurant, we would like to develop a new fish-eating style called fish bowl together with our customers.
