Yamaya's udon is freshly made in-house. We make them in our shop every day. Contains whole grain flour with stone ground flour and wheat germ. Introducing a new type of udon that you can enjoy both aroma and taste. Recommended as a dipping sauce for ``black udon'' where you can enjoy a strong texture. Recommended for serving with ``shiro udon'', where you can enjoy the chewy texture of traditional shiratama.
