Recommended menu

Tomiura Donburi: A luxurious seafood bowl featuring fresh local fish caught off the coast of Boso, topped with multiple ingredients such as tuna (lean, medium fatty, and negitoro) and red shrimp. As it uses seasonal seafood caught that day, you can taste different bounty from the sea every time you visit. Combining freshness and boldness, this dish is an essential part of any Boso trip.
Squid mince: Crispy and fragrant, with a soft and juicy interior. Packed with the delicious flavor of squid, it's an addictive taste that's perfect with rice or as a snack.
Yurin Aji (Yurin Aji): This original horse mackerel dish, unique to Chiba, was featured in the magazine "Jalan"'s New Local Gourmet section. This set meal is a style of fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce, using fresh horse mackerel from Boso, seasoned with special sweet vinegar and condiments. You can enjoy the deliciousness of horse mackerel with a Chinese-style seasoning, making it very popular with a wide range of people.
Hot Fried Horse Mackerel: A very popular fried side dish. This is a bold deep-fried horse mackerel, a specialty of Boso, with a crispy batter and plump meat inside. Recommended for those who want to enjoy fried food with rice or a seafood bowl.
Aji katsudon: A dish made with fresh horse mackerel from Boso cut into cutlets and served as a rice bowl. This is our signature horse mackerel bowl, which was also featured on TV Tokyo's "Ad-machi Tengoku." The crispy horse mackerel cutlet, special sauce, and rice go perfectly together, making it a must-try for those who love fried food.
